Slagwerk is an audio improvisation/research where a pianist improvises on the live heartbeat of one of the performers. In that sense we place an artificial instrument (piano) in communication with our natural one (the heart) and we investigate how they can influence each other in order to compose a song.
Slagwerk is een audio improvisatie/onderzoek waarbij een pianist improviseert op de live hartslag van een van de artiesten. Zodoende plaatsen we een kunstmatig instrument (piano) in communicatie met ons natuurlijke instrument (het hart) en we onderzoeken hoe ze elkaar kunnen beïnvloeden om een lied te componeren.
